Yev is a dynamic and accomplished racquets executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in private clubs and professional settings. A RSPA Elite Professional, PTR, PPR, RPO, and Padel MBA certified pro, Yev brings a unique blend of high-level playing background, elite coaching credentials, and operational excellence to Colonial Country Club. He holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and has successfully led racquets departments generating over $3.5 million in revenue, while managing large teams and cultivating vibrant junior and adult racquets communities. A former #1 ranked junior singles player in the United States, Yev went on to compete at Texas A&M and the University of South Carolina, where he was a two-time team MVP and served as Team Captain. He achieved NCAA Top 40 singles and Top 15 doubles rankings. His passion for high-performance coaching led him to work closely with several Top 100 ATP and WTA players, serving as both a coach and personal hitting partner. Most notably, Yev was a credentialed coach at the 2015 US Open, bringing unparalleled professional insight into every program he leads. At Colonial, Yev oversees a full-service tennis and pickleball operation rooted in first-class hospitality, world-class instruction, and a member-first culture. His programming spans all levels from beginners to advanced players and includes adult and junior clinics, private instruction, competitive leagues, summer camps, and signature social mixers. Yev is especially known for energizing his teams and delivering innovative, engaging experiences that elevate every player’s time on court.
