Our South Wing, which includes three rooms, can accommodate up to 400 people for a cocktail style party, 340 for a seated dinner and 260 for a buffet dinner with seating for everyone. Keep in mind, the size of your dance floor and space required by your entertainment will limit the number of guests the room can accommodate.
An appointment would be preferred to ensure the room is available to view and the Catering Staff are available to answer any questions you may have.

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit check and signed contract are due within one week after verbal commitment. 50% of the total estimated charges will be due (4) months prior to the event date. The remaining balance will be due (1) week prior to the event date.
22% Service Charge will be added to all food and beverage items. 8.25% Sales Tax will apply to all items.
All vendors may have access to the room three hours prior to the start of the event, however, exceptions are made if the room is available earlier. Vendors have one hour to remove equipment and decor at the end of your event.
