Free Daily Meals
All employees may enjoy a daily meal at no cost from 10 AM – 1 PM and/or 4 PM – 6 PM in the employee break room. Beverages are also available at no cost.
Regular full-time employees working an average of 30 hours or more per week may enroll in Colonial Country Club’s medical benefits. Eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Dependent coverage includes spouse and children up to the age of 26. PPO and HSA plans are pre-tax and include a choice of tiers to best suit an employee’s needs.
Health Reimbursement Arrangement
We offer a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) in conjunction with the medical plans to assist with the applicable deductible expenses associated with the eligible plan. The HRA includes an account for the employee as well as an additional account for dependent access.
Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
Our dental insurance includes both PPO and DHMO options with 100% coverage for preventative care. Vision coverage covers annual exams and new glasses or contacts in alternating years. We provide basic life insurance for each full-time employee at one-times the annual salary at no cost. There are additional options for spouse and child(ren) coverage.
401(k) Plan & Company Match
We encourage all eligible staff to prepare and save for the future by participating in the company’s 401(k) Plan. Colonial matches 100% of employee contribution up to 4% of pay with immediate vesting. The 401(k) Plan contains numerous investment options with easy access to broker assistance when requested.
Employee Assistance Program
Life can be messy at times. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided at no extra cost to eligible employees on a confidential, 24/7 basis. The program can help employee’s find solutions for the everyday challenges of work and home as well as the more serious issues involving emotional and physical well-being.
