Sarah began working at Colonial as the Director of Catering in the 2011 is responsible for planning the private events hosted at the Club such as Wedding Receptions, Business Meetings & Conferences, Bridal & Baby Showers, Birthday & Retirement Dinners. Sarah has 18 years in the event industry and loves talking about food & wine. She holds a Business Degree from TCU�s Neeley School and resides in Fort Worth with her husband, Philip, and two children, Henry & Palmer.
