Celeste Barber accepted her Human Resources Director position with Colonial 16 years ago after working with other amazing organizations such as Southwest Airlines and PwC. Originally from West Texas, Celeste moved to DFW after college, and she began her HR career in Dallas. Subsequently, she�s worked in a variety of industries beginning her hospitality career in 2007 when she joined Colonial. Celeste continues to support the family of employees and the club in all HR-related matters. Her role includes: Managing the employee�s full employment life-cycle to include recruiting, onboarding, orientation, benefits, coaching, and termination. Celeste is responsible for developing and executing staff recognition events and opportunities, Administrating benefits, 401(k), workers compensation, unemployment, and LOAs, Working through employee relations matters and Participating in annual benefits, insurance and 401(k) compliance audits.
