Alexis graduated from Mary Baldwin College in 1997 with a BA in Communication with an emphasis in Business Management. In June of that year, she accepted a position with the San Antonio Spurs as an Inside Sales Representative working with the Season Ticket sales staff. After being with the Spurs for 3 months, Alexis took an opportunity to move to Nashville to work for the Nashville Predators creating and managing their Inside Sales team to sell 12,000 season tickets, securing the NHL Expansion Franchise. Alexis remained with the Nashville Predators for seven years, shifting from the sales department to the Community Relations department, working directly with ownership, management and players on appearances/speaking engagements and charitable involvement through the city of Nashville and neighboring states. Prior to the NHL lockout in 2004, Alexis left the Predators to move to Dallas to work for General Motors promotion company, GM*R Works, in their Fleet and Commercial division. Alexis remained with GM*R Works for 8 months before getting married and moving to Seoul, South Korea. While in Seoul, Alexis took in the culture taking many tours of the DMZ and teaching English to the children in Korea. After living in Seoul for 2 years, Alexis moved back to Fort Worth and started working for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and was there for almost a year before being offered the Special Events Manager position at Colonial Country Club. Alexis has been with the Colonial family for almost 15 � years. Alexis is responsible for managing the Front Desk, Youth Services, Communication and Membership.
