A USPTA Level 1 Certified Professional, Matt came to Colonial in August of 1999 as the Director of Junior Development and became Director of Tennis in May of 2002 and is responsible for the overall management of the tennis programs. He was a National Coach for the Texas 12 and Under Zonal Teams in 2004 and 2006 and Texas National 14’s Team in 2005. Matt played collegiate tennis at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and has participated on and captured several team championship titles over the past several years. Darryl Larson
Head Assistant Tennis Professional

Darryl Larson, a USPTA Level 3 Professional, played collegiate tennis at Seward County Community College for their nationally ranked Top 5 team for two years. He played on the New Mexico USTA State Team for two years. Darryl won the Rolex Junior College Doubles Championship in 2002. He was ranked in the Top 5 in New Mexico USTA Juniors and in the top 20 in the USTA Southwest Section.

Eddie Morales

Eddie Morales attended a three year tennis program at Coronado Country Club in El Paso, Texas. Before coming to Colonial Eddie was an assistant tennis professional at Coronado Country Club in El Paso. He was a part of three straight TCIL State Championship teams while in high school. He played on the Men’s USTA league team for two years.
