What rooms are available and how many guests can you accommodate?
Our Southwing, which includes three rooms can accommodate up to 400 guests.
Our Ballroom and West View can accommodate up to 150 guests
Our Leonard Room (on the 3rd floor) can accommodate up to 100 guests (includes the balcony)


Do I need to make an appointment to view the club?

Absolutely not.  The banquet rooms are open to view at any time, with the exception of when an event is taking place and when the Club is closed (Mondays).  However, if you wish to meet with the Catering Director, an appointment is preferred, but definitely not required.


Are there Food and Beverage minimums?
The Club has food and beverage minimums on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sundays all day.  However, we can be flexible.  All minimums are based on the basic charges prior to tax and service charge and do not include miscellaneous expenses incurred through the Club.

Deposits and Payment Schedule
$1,000 Initial Deposit, this deposit is non-refundable and is due within 2 weeks after verbal commitment. 50% of estimated charges are due 1 month prior to the event date, with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to the event date.

Sales Tax and Service Charge
++ indicates that a 8.25% sales tax and 20% service charge will be added
+ indicates a 20% service charge only

How much time is allowed for decorating and set-up?
All vendors may have access to the room two hours prior to the start of the event, however exceptions are made (if room are available earlier).

Will the Catering Director or Catering Manager personally handle and attend our Reception?
 Catering Director and Catering Manager will guide you through the planning stages, menu selections, vendor confirmations and set-up details.  Our Wedding Captain and Banquet Manager will oversee the Reception from the beginning to the end.

What type of menu options are available for our Reception?

We offer wedding packages that include dinner buffets, hors d'oeuvres/stations, and plated dinner options.  Our Catering and Culinary team can also customize packages.
